Brookdale Senior Living End User Support Coordinator in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Responsibilities

Provides support to Brookdale associates through the coordination of support-related processes including data entry, monitoring of voicemail and ticket queues and updating system records. Responds efficiently and professionally to requests for assistance, as determined by management. At times, may work with other Brookdale teams to understand specific support needs for applications and systems.

Performs maintenance on setup files within the healthcare application including Vision, HCHB, and Optima. This includes entry and update of records for Physicians, Personnel, Facilities, Functional Limitations and Allergies within the healthcare systems.Assists in managing voicemail and incidents. Performs review of voicemails and tickets and routes to the correct team or person.May assist with projects related to support of systems or other implementations as needed.Encourages teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers.Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with IT staff, other Brookdale associates and vendors.

Qualifications

Education and Experience High school education is required, and one to two years of related experience is preferred. Associate's Degree or higher is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills Has a working knowledge of a skill or discipline that requires basic analytic ability. Has an overall understandingof the work environment and process. Has working knowledge of the organization. Must have good organizationalskills and attention to detail. Will generally work with limited supervision; should have ability to independentlyperform work tasks.
