Yulista Holding, LLC Security Specialist I in Meridianville, Alabama
Responsible to provide support to a variety of programs covering all security and security administrative functions. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of changes in security process and procedures. Assist with maintaining and administering a comprehensive security training and awareness program across the enterprise. Extensive knowledge of the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) and other databases.

Security Specialist I (COMSEC)
Responsible for the receipt, custody, issue, safeguard and accounting of COMSEC keying material and Controlled Cryptographic Items (CCI) IAW NSA Manual 3-16. Candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of records and submission of all required accounting reports utilizing the Distributed INFOSEC Accounting System (DIAS) to include all required semi-annual inventories, audits, inspections and maintenance of COMSEC publications and amendments. Candidate will be responsible for conducting COMSEC Training to include COMSEC/Crypto briefings to all levels of personnel and the coordination of transfers/shipments of CCI.
• Process security clearance and background investigation documentation in preparation for adjudication. Perform database searches for information related to personnel security matters. • Distribute and file personnel security documentation. • Coordinate personnel security actions with organization. • Advise Contractor personnel on the proper procedures to complete investigative questionnaires. • Operate, maintain, and control a system of identification for all employees including contractors and visitors. • Provide professional, courteous and helpful customer service. • Performing semi-annual and annual inventory as required by the user agency. • Assists the FSO with maintaining awareness of company and government security policies and procedures. • Promotes security awareness to employees; conducts security briefing during new hire orientations • Works with new and existing employees through the clearance process and badging processes. • Writing security policies, procedures, & training as needed • Other duties as requested.

Security Specialist I (COMSEC)
• Manages the receipt, custody, utilization and disposal of all COMSEC material and equipment utilizing the DIAS system. • Performing semi-annual and annual inventory as required by the user agency. • Control the Loading of classified keys via electronic transmission on secure communications using simple key loader equipment. • Primary POC for classified Document Control. • Assists the FSO with maintaining awareness of company and government security policies and procedures. • Promotes security awareness to employees; conducts security briefing during new hire orientations • Works with new and existing employees through the clearance process and badging processes. • Writing security policies, procedures, & training as needed • Other duties as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS: Security Specialist I: High School diploma or equivalent.
Areas of Specialty Primary Function Security Specialist I (COMSEC): COMSEC experience and be familiar with JPAS/DISS preferred
Familiar with government contracting process
Experience maintaining a database system
Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
Excellent computer skills (Office Suite)
Excellent organizational skills
Must pass COMSEC training within first 30 days
Must obtain and maintain Secret Security Clearance
