Job Summary and Primary Responsibilities
Performs test and repair procedures for medical equipment. Documents all servicing activities and inventory transactions. Coordinates with the operations, development, and quality assurance team to ensure products are readily available for cases.
Required Skills / Capabilities
Essential duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Supports the servicing of medical instruments used during spine surgery
Assists with documenting and coordinating the shipment of instruments to third party service providers
Reviews products and communicates operational issues as they appear
Documents servicing activities and inventory transactions
Repairs and replaces defective equipment
Performs other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
Basic Qualifications:
Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of geometric dimensioning and Tolerancing
Basic knowledge of medical instruments and equipment
Perform duties in compliance with applicable FDA and state regulations as well as standards including, but not limited to, ISO 13542
