Reference #: 549007ef-c1d2-4765-9eb1-ac95f4543f7bDescriptionThe purpose of the Indirect Loan Funder position is to prepare and verify verifies that all Indirect closing packages contain required documentation and are funded in a timely manner to ensure that the credit union meets the Service Level Agreements (SLA) associated with the Indirect Lending programs. This position has no budgetary impact, has supervision of daily work functions to ensure departmental success, and requires strong analytical skills in order to perform job responsibilities.The Indirect Funder is responsible for reviewing indirect loan contracts for accuracy, performs complex indirect loan funding activities, providing customer service while working with a team and participating in special projects and system testing as assigned. This includes, but is not limited to, auditing indirect, lease loan contracts for compliance purposes, updating data in the loan origination system, performing collateral value validations, assisting Indirect Dealer Representative any issues and communicating funding status to indirect dealership and merchants.EDUCATION:General and business knowledge equivalent to a high school diplomaEXPERIENCE:2-4 years of progressive experience in consumer lendingCERTIFICATION:Required to register and maintain a unique identifier with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) in compliance with the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (andquot;SAFE Actandquot;). This must be renewed on an annual basis from November 1 to December 31.
