Job Opening: Accounts Receivable Manager Work Location: 4999 Louise Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm As an Accounts Receivable Manager you will oversee the accounts receivable and revenue cycle processes to ensure timely and optimal receipt of payments. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: *Manage relations with revenue cycle management vendor to oversee receivables from third party payers, ensuring that workflows are followed in a timely manner *Review revenue cycle reports and help guide collection efforts *Process monthly invoices for private pay accounts *Processing of daily deposits and posting of payments to accounts *Processing of incoming credit card payments *Management of account adjustments including Medicaid copayments, financial hardship, finance charges, etc. *Manage the unapplied cash and moving payments to appropriate pharmacy claims *Research any unpaid or unbilled third-party pharmacy claims. *Serves as a liaison between clients and clerks to negotiate acceptable payment plans. *Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or in resolving escalated complaints or disputes. *Initiate and request refund checks to be issued when necessary *Creates reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested. *Research customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with the assistance of collections and other staff.
