The position will be responsible for providing delivery of engineering services to a domestic and international portfolio of mission critical assets in an office and data center environment.*This role will reside in the account's Technical Services group dedicated to supporting the client's Global Engineering department.*The role will report into the group's Director of Technical Operations and partner with account based operations, facilities command center, asset and energy managers.*Responsible to lead a highly functioning multi-region, 24x7 operation which leverages client managed technology platforms to assure business continuity, building monitoring and alarm management.*The position will lead a team of professionals responsible for incident management, client communication and monitoring of mission critical and office space.Job DescriptionESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESManage two team leads responsible for the day to day management of support center specialists that will leverage tools and resources of the Global Support Center (GSC) to provide proactive and predictive reporting and management of assets.Lead the development of the command center program, collaborate with the client and peer service provider management to establish policies, procedures and performance criteria.Manage the development of reporting and metrics evaluating critical systems, critical loads, and overall HVAC building system performance.Position the operation to act as a resource and liaison to client stakeholders in reporting key facilities related activities and escalating incidents.Assess gaps and drive improvements in programs and processes focusing on root cause, analytics, and opportunities for improvement.Provide operational leadership to maintain 24x7 staffing of the GSC.Manage the maintenance of Cushman and Wakefield operating policies, procedures as well as, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Responsible to develop, maintain, improve and execute a robust training program for command center tooling, incident management and Building Automation System operation, as well as updates to new policies and procedures.Coordinate reporting requirements with internal and external customers to meet business objectives.Develop analytical competencies across the account team members.KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCEPreferred four year engineering degree, business, or technology related field from accredited university/college.Five or more years' of experience in managing a call center or technical operations group.Experience with building HVAC, automation, electrical and control systems.Ability to write policies and procedures for program delivery and training purposes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to consistently develop accurate periodic reports, under client defined critical deadlines.Time management, multi-tasking, and organization skills with strong attention to detail.Self-starter and must be able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment.Off hour and weekend availability is required.Cushman and Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
