You will join the Data Governance team within the Global CFO Chief Data Office (CDO) function. Work closely with senior stakeholders and business partners from variety of Finance functions, Finance Change Program delivery leads and CFO IT architects and SMEs to proactively manage BAU maintenance of CFO data assets in Collibra based on established processes and tools that support data governance within CFO. Managing delivery of BAU changes to CFO data assets in Collibra and engage with RDAR, CUSO & Finance Change Program delivery Working Groups and other Program level stakeholder forums for regular updates and escalations. Partner with GCDO, RDAR, CUSO and CFO COO leads to further strengthen the current BAU processes and Collibra data integrity and lineage controls for CFO data assets. Partner with CDO teams in divisions and function representing other areas of the Bank and support them in the execution of Data Strategy to ensure Group CDO Policies, Standards and Frameworks are adhered to. Your future colleagues CFO CDO is organized as a team of specialists, where each member of the team is expected to produce high quality content whilst collaborating with colleagues to achieve the common goal of driving Data Governance, Data Architecture, Data Quality Assessment and Monitoring, Security and Analytics across the whole of CFO function. The team partners with CDO teams in divisions and functions to adhere to Group CDO mandates and to simplify bank’s data architecture. To be successful in this role in addition to strong knowledge and passion for Data Governance and leadership skills you will need to build up a mixture of skills, which are usually attributed to roles such as delivery manager and business analyst. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: * Proven experience in Data Governance delivery management across financial & banking domain * Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: business analysis, project management and data analysis * Detailed understanding of data concepts, such as business glossary, controls, data lineage and process mapping and knowledge of data management tools e.g. Collibra or similar * Self-starter, quick learner with an entrepreneurial mentality and strong problem solving skills with ability to define and apply logical approaches to issue resolution * Outstanding team-player with strong communication and leadership skills to engage with relevant partners/colleagues in a collaborative manner across all levels.
