Business Analyst

We at Cisco, are looking for an Business Analyst to join the Webex team.

What You’ll Do

Work alongside and be coached by experienced leaders who will challenge and mentor you. You will partner closely with the VP General Manager and COO to pull together critical data and create dashboards for the business reviews. You love working with data and have the ability to be able to analyse business performance and highlight business issues and challenges. You will create dashboards on the performance against KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making. You are able to centralise all collated information and can deliver insight to inform the business leaders. You will translate the findings into visually engaging powerpoint presentations. This role will offer future opportunities to develop a general management career or opportunities in business development. You will get extensive experience of senior stakeholder management.

· Turn data into the information that examine the business status and opportunities and challenges

· Conduct exploratory data analysis

· Work in an agile manner and influence senior stakeholders

· Prepare presentations and be able to communicate confidently with senior leaders

· Go beyond the data to explain what is happening

· Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reporting in Tableau (or a similar reporting tool)

· Work closely with senior leaders in the business unit to explore the performance behind the numbers

Overall, you will be working in a large global organization that is dedicated to and passionate about the experience of IT services delivered to our employees in Cisco

Requirements

· Experience and previous career success working in a consulting role or an operational finance role in a mid to large business or consultancy

· Experience of a fast-growing business or through considerable change

· Likely to have an MBA or equivalent (a formal accounting qualification would be beneficial)

· Be able to demonstrate an ability to navigate and influence in a global organisation

· Mindset that focuses on reaching core of problems; not just the first issue encountered

· A passion for, and a commitment to lifelong learning with a willingness to invest time in training and developing your skills

· A real curiosity for how things work and how they can be improved

· Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

· An interest in technology
