Philips Management Assistant in Lodz, Poland


In this role, you have the opportunity to support senior management level in all administrative activities as effectively and efficiently as possible.

You are responsible for

  • Arranging travel bookings through the system and taking care of the hotel arrangements

  • Supporting Services Senior Management Team and conducting their jobs as effectively and efficiently as possible

  • Supporting senior management level in all secretarial or administrative activities

  • Organizing and updating business agenda and meetings

  • Performing marketing, administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors

  • Documents and correspondence handling

You are a part of

Our Global Business Services EMEA Hub in Łódź where we centralize our business processes. Our focus is on supporting faster workflows and collaboration across departments, to enable leaner operations and improved results. 1000+ strong and growing, our Global Business Services EMEA Hub in Lódź teams speak 30 languages and represent 13 different nationalities, supporting our operations in 50 countries supported on a daily basis.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Graduate with Bachelor or equivalent degree

  • Fluent English

  • Good IT literacy: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, MS Excel

  • Previous work experience in an international complex organization environment

  • Maturity and ability cooperate with senior-level executives

  • Proactiveness and ability to work independently

  • Well developed communications skills

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Flexibility and agility
