Robert Half Customer Service Manager in LITTLETON, Colorado

Description

Robert Half Finance and Accounting is partnering with a growing e-commerce company in Littleton, CO to add a Customer Service Manager to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1+ years of customer services experience to join a growing company with great benefits. The Customer Service Manager is responsible for:

  • Maintain a staff of remote working customer service representatives, which includes hiring and training new team members, monitoring productivity and adequacy of communication, giving reviews, scheduling, mentoring, motivating, and more

  • Evaluation of the customer experience and providing feedback on ways to answer FAQs before they are needed

  • Diffuse tense situations

  • Customer correspondence through digital avenues

  • Helping figure out ways to up-sell customers whenever possible

  • Monitor and respond to reviews when necessary

  • Ensure orders are being shipped in a timely manner and correspond with Production Manager to ensure all orders are being shipped

  • Support team with answering Customers Messages when needed

  • Handling and researching customer returns and undeliverable packages

  • Monitoring all orders and correspondence to ensure we are meeting and/or exceeding customer expectations within our policies

    Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience

  • Previous experience in a management position a plus

  • Great typing and writing skills

  • Experience in Adobe Illustrator, a plus

  • Adaptable personality who is excited for change

  • Upbeat attitude

  • Willingness to be flexible and help in all departments (if needed)
