Description
Robert Half Finance and Accounting has partnered with a growing company in Lewisville to identify an Accounts Receivable/ Financial Coordinator. The Accounts Receivable/ Financial Coordinator must have 3 + years’ experience in accounts receivable. The Accounts Receivable/ Financial Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
Maintain up-to-date billing system
Generate and send out invoices
Follow up on, collect and allocate payments
Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
Process and verify applications for credit
Order processing in accounting system
Create purchase orders or the acquisition of products and materials
Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
Research and resolve payment discrepancies
Review AR Aging to ensure compliance
Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.
Process credit card payment
Responsible for scanning and filling
Investigate and resolve customer queries
Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally
Assist with month-end closing
Additional administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements
3 + years billing and commercial collections experience
Purchase Orders experience
Deep understanding of NetSuite
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Established analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy
AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field
