Job Description
We are looking for a Handyman. You need talents in:
Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, HVAC, and Electrical.
You will perform typical maintenance tasks to support the entire facility including 4 clubhouses, administration offices, restaurants, fitness facility and more and equipment are maintained and free of hazards.
The schedule for this position is full-time. "On Call" Weekend work is required.
Skills & Requirements
General maintenance experience in two or more of the following areas: Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Masonry, painting, and Machine repair is required.
Candidates must be familiar with and able to use all commonly used hand and power tools.
Some heavy lifting and moving of equipment is required.
The ability to lift and carry up to up to 75 lbs. is required.
You must have an acceptable driving record and a reliable vehicle that you are willing to use to drive while on the job. (Kiawah Partners will reimburse for miles)
