Lockheed Martin COMSEC Manager, Alternate Facility Security Officer (FSO) in Jupiter, Florida

Description: Function as the COMSEC Account Manager and Alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO) providing multi-disciplined security support for Sikorsky Jupiter, FL. Interface with Key Management Personnel to include the Senior Leadership Team at the site. Candidate will have the opportunity to implement multiple aspects of Security including program, physical, operational and communications as a Security Representative and COMSEC Custodian for multiple programs. The candidate will be required to interpret and implement the National Security Agency (NSA) 3-16 manuals and directives. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day support of all COMSEC items supporting the Aircrafts at the Sikorsky West Palm Beach site. The role also includes supporting the FSO with the classified programs to include but not limited to document control & markings, providing security briefings, handling incoming and outgoing classified mail, maintaining accountability of classified material and attending program meetings. Candidate will assist in implementing local security procedures in conjunction with corporate and government security regulations. Candidate will assist in conducting internal and government required self-inspections. Must be able to partner with internal and external customers and teammates. Must be a self-starter and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate sound judgment, a strong attention to detail, make effective decisions and deliver on time results. The selected candidate may be responsible for multiple facets of security operations. The selected applicant will require a final government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Basic Qualifications:

- Active Final Secret clearance required

- Ability to interface with executives, management, and employees at all levels

- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

- Ability to multi-task and problem solve

- Knowledge of NISPOM and NSA 3.16

- Prior experience working with an active COMSEC Account

Previous COMSEC Manager/Alternate experience, Security + certified, FSO Course,
