Aerotek Schedule Coordinator in Johnston, Iowa
Seeking a scheduling coordinator and customer service team member to join a dynamic team in Johnston! Hours for this position are flexible between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm.
On a daily basis, this person will take inbound calls from clients regarding scheduling needs for utility servicing and will help get tickets scheduled for the field agents to perform the work for various clients. This is a very fast paced work environment and candidates will take anywhere from 100-140 calls/day.
To be qualified for this position, candidates must have 1 year of customer service experience. Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and prior experience utilizing Microsoft Office and standard business systems is necessary. A high school diploma is also required.
