This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

  • Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines

  • Fluency in architecture and design across all systems

  • Knowledge in at least one area of technical architecture

  • Strategic thinking and passion for business strategy and business processes

  • Experience in risk and risk control compliance

  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals

  • SME for Modernization topics and driving a catalyst group based best practice for cloud foundational technology

  • Work with the Architecture leads aligned to the product lines and ensure collaboration and streamline tollgates

  • Manage timelines for Data Center Migrations by product line and applications in scope for Data Center Entry for on Prem Cloud adoption

  • Ensure guidance and direction for application upgrades and foundational technology upgrades to ensure entry criteria compliance

  • Report on Program Status by business line using RAG/SWAT for Executive Summary

  • Work with DC Migration Program Stakeholders, LOB Migration Leads, Application Owners and SMEs located in different regions

  • Ensure execution based on constraints, dependencies and migration schedule

  • Focus on Modernization vs Optimization and identify program blockers

  • Collaborate with DCM Program Lead on schedule, plan and execution

  • Responsible for updating project status and reporting metrics

  • Manage cutover tool process and incorporate into tasks

  • Collaborate with the Scrum Master to manage tasks for all dependency impacts based on DC migration criteria

  • Assisting Application Owners to update firm's internal tool as part of the preparation to the new datacenters

  • Ensure Entry Criteria and Foundational Technology blockers are mitigated to ensure succes


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • Cloud Architecture or Development Certification

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in Enterprise Technologies such as Application Servers, Web Servers, Messaging, Database, Caching

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud container development or architecture; Kubernetes(GKP), Cloud(Pivotal), AWS(Amazon)

  • Experience with network security standards related to application and infrastructure; firewalls, load balancing, authentication/authorization

Strong technical, analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

  • Experience with system, application, and process documentation including tools such as MS-Visio, etc.

  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.

  • Demonstrated teamwork and ability to work with diversified multi-location team.

  • Jira Portfolio knowledge use is a must have (story build, story points, execution management and reporting)

  • Participated in large scale engineering projects involving multiple scrums teams

  • Good understanding of the wealth management business as well as extensive knowledge of financial industry concepts

  • Relevant hands-on technical background, including experience in agile framework.

  • Ability to tailor communications (i.e., high level vs detailed level) based on the audience it pertains to.

  • Ability to identify impacts, estimates, and drive strategic solutions across a set of teams

  • Excellent facilitation skills. Ability to command/lead facilitation meetings with clear & specific agenda. Keep the audience attentive and active in participation of the meetings.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and manage priorities.

  • Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills

  • PMP Certification preferred

  • Scrum Certification preferred
