The sales manager will set role and responsibility expectations and establish and monitor appropriate metrics and KPI for Customer Development Team.
He/She will ensure that field sales resources are deployed in proportion to the customer opportunity in order to maximize reach and increase impact to strategy in the field.
He/She will coach the Customer Development team in identifying and targeting high value sales opportunities in all channels using appropriate customer segmentation and CRM tools.
Sales manager will also responsible for Sales target for KA and IO and off take for KA while also maintain relationship with head office of Key Customer

Operation and prior people management experience
Minimum bachelor degree
