Job Details

As the Senior Project Manager/Project Manager, Enterprise Risk Management, you bring your passion for planning and driving accountability to deliver a project successfully to the ERM team. You will use your knowledge and analytical skills to continuously improve and streamline activities. You will develop an understanding of different types of risks and their impact on the organization. You will partner with other critical functions, like internal audit, operational risk teams, legal and compliance, and others across the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide program and project management support to assist in delivering ERM projects at scale by executing project deliverables and tracking and measuring to successful completion

  • Partner with Business Technology to understand dependencies, establish timelines, and manage risks for ERM technology initiatives

  • Monitor and review project progress and timelines and deliver status updates to manager

  • Review processes and procedures to identify potential areas of improvement

  • Develop and leverage project management tools, templates, process documentation, and communications for continuous project improvement

  • Provide scheduling and coordination support for enterprise-level and business-level risk assessments

  • Review risk assessments; analyzing and summarizing results

  • Perform research on industry best practices, emerging risk areas, and relevant regulatory requirements and expectations

  • Leverage problem-solving skills to ensure data integrity and process optimization

  • Deliver project results and recommendations or presentations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Risk Management

  • 5+ years of relevant project management experience with a proven track record of success

  • Knowledge of risk management and related compliance frameworks

  • Experience defining scope and impacts of projects/programs and using data and metrics to determine improvements

  • Experience using Tableau, Lucidchart, Smartsheet, GRC tools, or other data visualization and process documentation tools is highly desired

  • Project Management Professional certification or Risk Management Professional certification is a plus

  • Ability to handle ambiguity effectively and prioritize multiple projects requiring cross-functional collaboration

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple levels in the organization

  • Ability to think critically and analyze problems

  • Able to articulate situations, challenges, and risks, and see intersection of compliance impact
