Where you fit in

The Centralized Ambulatory RN Supervisor is responsible for the effective organization and supervision of assigned employees and resources within the Central Triage team in the South Region. While functioning as an active member of the team, the supervisor will also serve as a vital resource and role model. This position will supervise the triage staff. The supervisor will work onsite and offsite.

Your exceptional skills

One year or more of clinical supervision or lead experience required; two years of triage experience required; three years professional nursing experience required . Excellent communication skills; excellent team skills; compassionate and caring; accountable; organized; self-directed.

Your exceptional qualifications

Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years related professional nursing experience. Bachelor's Degree Preferred . Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
