We are looking for an entry-level Administrative Assistant at our Corporate Office location in Huntsville, AL. This role performs routine clerical and administrative work and runs important errands in support of a high-performing, sales-driven, mortgage lending company.

Top Skills Details:

I need someone that has executive support experience. I personally need a personal assistant that hopefully has SOME HR experience… but mostly, they are a wizard at calendar management, screening emails, organizing systems, and preferably has experience in ADP.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Arrange travel for visitors at Corporate Office Assist with general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating Assist various departments with moving equipment, boxes, and files Pick up and deliver lunch/catering orders to various business groups Fold/organize company shipments of marketing materials Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
