Designing, building and maintaining Human Resource solutions that integrate and coordinate across multiple platforms.
Requires both broad and deep content knowledge in order to understand the strategic business requirements and overarching programs/business processes that may be impacted across the business enterprise.
Maintains strong relationships with customers to understand business processes and identify value drivers, and uses this knowledge to develop strategic requirements with Subject Matter expert.
Analyzes and determines the impact to all business platform modules to ensure that an integrated solution is maintained. Designs, and oversees and the development, testing and implementation processes.
Ensures ongoing maintenance and alignment of the functional configuration between new and existing Human Resource products.
This position is an Intel Contract Employee (ICE) for one year

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2 years of experience with PeopleFluent or Workday configuration.
2 years of experience with Advanced Excel skills (data validation, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
Previous experience with HR systems configuration and integrations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
