Lockheed Martin Project Management and Planning Analyst (Level 2) in Hill Air Force Base, Utah

Description: Performs a variety of functions in support of the Ogden On-Site Team located at Hill AFB, UT. The candidate should possess a broad range of skills with a financial and/or accounting background. Responsibilities will include the oversight, analysis, integration, and presentation of various financial data in support of On-Site contracted projects. Duties will include procuring materials required for contracted projects; performing fixed asset/property management functions; facilitating compliance with contract security requirements; initiating, tracking and supporting attainment of required identification credentials; coordinating with human resources for new employee on-boarding activities; coordinating organization training requirements; assisting with the preparation of labor invoices for certification, tracking of invoice submittals and payment, establishing of project labor, travel, and material accounts; preparing project financial status reports for submittal to the customer.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience / combined education

Financial Analysis Skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Desired Skills:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience.

Excellent Communication Skills
