Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
As a ManTech SkillBridge Military Talent Analyst, you will be trained and learn all aspects the military recruiting team which will provide an opportunity to learn a diverse range of talent acquisition roles and responsibilities. Your fellowship training will include: identifying, screening, sourcing and recommending top veteran talent from a variety of technical fields; how to develop a veteran recruiting strategy, screen candidates while presenting top candidates to move forward in the ManTech hiring process and develop a veteran candidate pipeline; in-depth training on OFCCP/EEO laws and regulations.
Currently serving on Active Duty in the U.S. Armed Forces
Be expected to be discharged or released from active duty within 180 days of starting the ManTech SkillBridge Fellowship
Received Unit Commander approval to participate in DoD SkillBridge; must provide documentation
3 years of military recruiting experience related to Human Resources
For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license. The applicant will be required to answer certain questions for export control purposes, and that information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law.
