Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for Sales Coordinator.


  • Sell products being promoted and keep record of sales

  • Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests

  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service

  • Assist sales team with distribution of sales documentation and product literature

  • Help improve customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy and timely processing of orders


  • Prior sales and/or customer service experience is preferred

  • Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills

  • Pleasant personality for phone

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to learn quickly and multi-task

  • Service minded, aggressive and congenial
