Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Global Fraud Back Office Leadership in achieving Business, Customer and Employee goals

  • Tracking various business metrics & publishing report (Daily, Weekly & Monthly)

  • Analyzing daily, weekly & monthly performance and recommends measures for improvement

  • Identify & escalate trend in volumes

  • Ability to ensure accuracy in all deliverables and independently oversee daily work with adherence to business requirements and process controls

  • Exceptional problem solving combined with strong interpersonal skill

  • Analytical skills are essential for this role with proven demonstration of strong thought leadership

  • Appropriately handles sensitive information with confidentiality

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority

  • Flexibility in work schedule

  • Fraud knowledge will be preferred

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher.

  • Competency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project

  • 1-2 years relevant work experience in areas such as operations, regulatory compliance, internal control, case management or project management

  • Proven ability to drive results through process improvements
