Yanfeng Global Automotive Interiors, Harrison Township facility located at 42150 Executive Drive, Harrison Township, Michigan 48045 is hiring Molding Operators to be a part of their growing team. Yanfeng in Harrison Township is a tier-one automotive supplier assembling Instrument panels, door panels, and floor consoles.
Weekly pay every Friday!!
Ability to start as soon as possible!!
$750 Sign-On Bonus paid after 30 days
Referral Bonus - Earn $750 per referral ($250 paid/30/60/90 days after a referral is hired!)
Students Summer Program $1500 Bonus (Student must be 18 years older. Does not qualify for sign-on bonus. $1500 bonus will be paid at the end of summer.)

Attend Daily Shift Start-Up Meetings.
Process and assemble components to customer-approved standards.
Follow written procedures (ODS), monitor quality, and communicate production__ and quality issues to the Team Leader or Supervisor.
Ensure health, safety, and 5S policies and standards are followed. Report any unsafe conditions to Supervisor immediately.
Inspect components and parts and report any quality issues to Team Leader or Supervisor.
Move or transfer components and parts to work stations from racks, boxes, carousals, etc.
Join parts using screws, rivets, clips, welders, etc
Secure fasteners with manual, hydraulic, and electric tools__.
Apply adhesive appliques, gaskets, etc.
Trim components and parts using a utility knife or other type of trimming device per ODS.
Assembly__ equipment - loading, unloading and properly using Poke Yoke equipment.
Apply labels correctly to components and packaged parts.
Inspection of components, defect recognition, and material__ recognition and content as necessary.
Select the packaging of the goods and ensure the goods are packaged professionally.
