Job Description

This role is an enterprise one, based in the Talent COE under the corporate HR team, and the responsibilities include:

  • Design, develop and support the deployment of the leadership development programs for its critical talent including mid-level and senior-level leaders.

  • Work with the Enterprise Learning and Development Leader, in collaboration with HR business partners, talent directors to translate needs into the strategy for leadership programs leading to a culture of high engagement.

  • Align these programs with our people philosophy, operating principles, and business model.

  • Integrate our values, Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Action into these leadership programs.

  • Work collaboratively with business talent teams to help define the development gaps, metrics, measure results and report on the impact of the learning experiences.

  • Build change management, and communications plan to create awareness of our programs and drive the nomination and selection process.

  • Support evaluation and selection of relevant leadership training partners.

  • Partner and lead an effective collaboration effort across functions to deploy these programs globally.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years’ experience in learning and development, specifically in Instructional Design.

  • 5+ years in design, development, and deployment of Leadership Development programs.

  • Minimum education level bachelor’s degree (masters in OD or business preferred)

  • Self-starter who is able to get things done with a high sense of urgency.

  • Ability to build credibility and influence senior leaders/partners.

  • Ability to handle ambiguity and changing priorities effectively.

  • Global Fluency: can effectively work across borders, geographies, cultures, and organizational boundaries.

  • Maturity, judgment, confidence, and presence needed to establish rapport and credibility with senior management, customers, suppliers and other key business partners.

    • Natural collaborator and team player with outstanding leadership skills, and willingness/ability to coach and mentor others, especially in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
  • Outstanding facilitation and communication skills for engaging delivery of enterprise-wide programs, team building sessions, and change management projects both in person and virtually online.

  • Articulate Storyline and Captivate experience is a must.

  • Must have managed training design and development projects that involved translations.

  • Experience building and scaling leadership learning content for a global audience.

  • Business acumen to understand the needs of the field.

  • Practical experience of planning and conducting learning evaluation for programs.

  • Must have strong project management skills.

  • Curious, collaborative, team orientation.

Required Experience

  • Preferred Master Degree (MA/MS/MBA) in Business discipline: commercial, manufacturing operations, engineering etc., and/or Human Resources with an Adult Education, Talent Development or Organization Development background.

  • A formal education in Instructional Design and adult learning theories is preferred.

  • Preferred formal certification in learning evaluation methodology.

  • Understanding of neuroscience and science of behavior change.

  • Minimum of 10 - 12 years of experience in a globally matrixed environment.

  • Excellent knowledge and demonstrated expertise in best-in-class approaches, tools, and processes in learning solutions development, implementation, and impact metrics.

  • Success in developing and maintaining strategic solid working relationships with individuals at various organizational levels, including Senior Global Business Leaders, Regional leadership teams, Senior HR Leadership, External Partners and Domain Experts.
