Kelly Services Manufacturing Engineering Manager in Grafton, Wisconsin

Kelly Engineering Resources has a great direct hire Manufacturing Engineering Manager role with a growing company (metal fabrication) in the greater Milwaukee area. This position offers a competitive compensation package, a great work/life balance and a friendly, positive team environment.

Manufacturing Engineering Manager Responsibilities:

  • Directs and maintains the Engineering functions in a metal fabrication facility

  • Identifies, develops and leads initiatives in asset and process management to create and sustain manufacturing excellence.

  • Responsible for analyzing, recommending, and developing ROI on capital expenditures within the fabrication functions, and developing facility layouts

  • Leads with integrity, consistent with values of company to promote stability and continuous improvement.

  • Participates and leads business planning and budgeting.

  • Coordinates employee evaluations, discipline, training, testing and career development

Manufacturing Engineering Manager Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Manufacturing Leadership role- experience with fabrication processes a plus

  • Experience in lieu of a BS Degree will be considered
