  • Responsible for human resource program and project implementation for business to which role is aligned.

  • Partner with HR Operations to facilitate delivery of programs.

  • Supports HR Business Partners within the assigned function, geography.


  • Works on complex issues, ensures budgets and schedules meet requirements and undertakes actions which impact business goals and objectives.

  • Oversees implementation of human resource strategies designed to meet employee needs while aligning with the organization’s goals and mission.

  • Works closely with managers to align organizations properly.

  • Drives to outsource work to meet strategic initiatives and goals.

  • Expert in employee relations and HCL outsourced support.

  • Provides human resource consulting to managers and employees in the areas of resource planning and staffing, employee development, compensation, diversity awareness and balanced work force.

  • Recommends and implements process simplification routinely within the functions and HCL.

  • Anticipates internal and/or external business challenges, addresses promptly and works to identify and deliver solutions.

  • Drive and support change measures.

  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to deliver programs that facilitate the execution of business priorities

  • Acts as a resource for colleagues and partners as SME

  • Decisions guided by policies, procedures and business objectives and annual plan

  • May have country, region and/or global accountability

  • Collaborate with colleagues and partners to execute on the business strategy

  • Report generation to interpret and analyse data, draw insights and translate to drive business outcomes.

  • Partner with key functions across the business to remove barriers that impact productivity.

  • Coordinate and assist with the planning and execution of HR Programs such as succession planning, talent management, compensation, workforce planning and reward and recognition

  • Support in the execution of change measurement and management activities

  • Coordination between HR Operations, HR Insights and COE’s to process promotions, organizational changes, transfers, relocations and assignments and HR data and dashboards

  • Work in matrix structure across global Xerox

  • Support the annual strategic planning process for the organization

  • Provide project management for large, cross-functional HR projects

  • Plans, directs and administers various human resource programs

  • Collaborates with HR team and COEs to develop, review or revise program policies and procedures

  • Oversee key operational activities such as managing agenda creation and follow-up actions for team supported

Candidate Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent


  • Excellent data analytics skills; highly proficient with Excel and MS Office Suite.

  • Demonstrated project/program management skills highly preferred.

  • Proven track record of completing projects to specifications while dealing with challenges such as changing schedules, transformation, location strategy and evolving requirements.

  • Excellent professional development skills such as oral and written communications, teamwork and collaboration, workforce planning, and forecasting.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, customer oriented and able to work independently as well as within a team and with internal business partners.

  • Possesses exceptional strategic thinking, planning and relationship skills.

  • Solid change management, negotiation, problem solving and facilitation skills

  • Possesses computer skills with ability to learn loan origination system and automated underwriting systems.

  • Working knowledge of state and federal labor laws and regulations.

  • Ability to compose and present comprehensive reports.
