You might be the experienced, knowledgeable Digital Marketing Manager for this position, if you can prove you understand the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis, and campaign execution! The Digital Marketing Manager leads digital improvement initiatives and partakes in digital transformation efforts.
Major responsibilities
Lead weekly reviews with key stakeholders, get budgetary sign off and report back on ROI
Prompt more insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives
Cultivate, suggest, forge, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns; plus spearheading short-term advertising and marketing solutions
Handle take up of products/services through new channels to fall in line with business objectives
Bestow clear communications to the customer that are important to their needs and life stage
Brainstorm with product and operational teams to identify key opportunities to increase the customer journey & experience
Confirm that the CRM plan is executed in due time and within budget
Lead an experienced team of digital specialists and head the digital strategy
Requirements
Extraordinary skill in shaping digital brands with strong ROI
A proportional mix of skill, management experience and initiative
Health Care experience
Foundational knowledge in Digital Marketing
Practical knowledge of Campaign Planning
Adeptness in Adobe Campaigns
Pharmaceutical copywriting experience
Ad Campaigns experience
Digital Media Campaigns experience highly preferred
Background working with Direct Mail Campaigns
General familiarity with Campaign Effectiveness
Paid Search Campaigns experience highly valued
Solid understanding of B2B Marketing
Previous experience working with Online Marketing Campaigns
Demonstrated knowledge of Advocacy Campaigns
Earlier work involving Direct Marketing Campaigns
Good understanding of Integrated Marketing Campaigns
Skillful multi-channel marketing and digital brand consistency
Educated sense of frontline customer journey, driving traffic to our main site
Past role in vendor management
experienced in SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing, Digital Ad displays, Retargeting, CRM
Preceding managerial position is preferential
Practical knowledge of Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS)
