Description
Our client is a massive employee-owned RIA whose values oriented culture helps to foster further connection and collaboration with clients. They have over $8B in assets under management.
Responsibilities Will Include
Generate New Account Paperwork
Process signed paperwork
Pre-fill Private Placement Document (Alternative investments)
Process signed Private Placement Document (Alternative investments)
Customer-Relationship Management (CRM) data entry
Maintain/reconcile differences between custodian & CRM
Maintain files for compliance – including Know Your Customer (KYC) creation and maintenance
Work with custodians to ensure timely account opening
Provide continuous status updates and communication with associates
Process Assets Held Away for performance reporting data or trading groups
Requirements
Key Requirements:
0-2 years of related experience, internships or a year of experience in similar function.
Hungry, Motivated, & Humble. Highly organized with attention to detail. Willing and able to roll up your sleeves and GROW the business.
Takes ownership of their work and enjoys working collaboratively towards a common goal.
Salesforce experience a big plus
