Aerotek Cycle Count Supervisor in Florence, New Jersey


Highly recognized automotive manufacturer company has an excellent opportunity for a Cycle Count Supervisor.

This position will supervise the Cycle Count team in assisting the warehouse in maintaining inventory accuracy in the warehouse.

The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

Supervise a team of six in performing cycle counts on equipment on a daily basis and responsible for entering and updating those counts in SAP.

Work with warehouse leadership in determining reasons for incorrect product placement and helping to determine counter measures.

Implement processes and tools to improve overall inventory locations.

Be the contact for warehouse personnel when equipment cannot be located.

Review and approve timecard/timesheets for employees and hold them accountable for the hours that they work.

Set standards for the cycle count team performance and track on a regular basis.

Help maintain 5S standards throughout the warehouse by reporting issues to management.

Responsible for tracking and reporting of inventory accuracy to management.

Make sure cycle count team adheres to ABC counts

Direct team in locating missing units for urgent orders as requested from warehouse office.

Responsible for managing/leading physical inventory counts for the entire warehouse as needed.

Assist with move sheet discrepancies

Assist with rework projects, making sure product gets to rework and back to locations.

Responsible for the hiring and termination of personnel in the cycle count team.

Responsible for setting goals for the team within the IPM system for company employees as well as overall goals for contract workers and performing performance reviews.


General computer skills (word, excel, power point, outlook). SAP experience.

Forklift operation experience a plus, but not necessary.
