Conditions of Employment
This is a GG-14 position in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). The GG-14 duties for the "Supervision/Management" work category are at the "Senior" work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-14 level. The selectee's salary will be set within the grade equivalent to a GS/GG grade based on the selectee's qualifications in relation to the job. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Your resume must reflect the quality level of experience which demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for successful job performance required for this position. Examples of creditable experience include: knowledge and understanding of operational Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (SERE) tactics, techniques, and procedures; knowledge of personnel recovery (PR) or joint tactics, techniques, and procedures that support the task to locate, communicate, support, recover and reintegration; and knowledge of organization, and roles, and functions of the interagency community. Note: Creditable experience may include previous military experience, experience gained in the private sector, or experience gained in another government agency. Specialized knowledge and understanding of operational Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (SERE) tactics, techniques, and procedures.
Thorough knowledge of all customers' personnel, capabilities, and their tactics, techniques, and procedures.
Knowledge of personnel recovery (PR) or joint tactics, techniques, and procedures that support the tasks to locate, communicate, support, recover and reintegration.
Knowledge of national-level capabilities in support of PR operations.
Knowledge of organization, and roles, and functions of the JCS, Theater, USSOCOM, JSOC and the interagency community.
Mastery of written English and technical writing skills to analyze and synthesize complex Code of Conduct related research, training and operational outcomes into finished products and policy documents on behalf of the Executive Agent.
Ability in the development of reports, conducting research, and analysis and assessments of mission requirements.
Ability to manage allocated resources and manpower to achieve efficiency and economical operations within allowable costs, staffing levels, and established policies.
Knowledge of common budgetary practices, procedures, regulations, precedents, and guidelines. PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.
