We are currently seeking a Product Manager On-line Business to join RAC (Residential air conditioner) Business Management team.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

Designs, develops and manages activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Develops On-line business plans and product positioning in e-commerce. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs

  • Lead RAC(residential air conditioner) online Sales & Marketing Plans

  • Develop new on-line business & channels

  • Provide customer & e-Commerce Insights (product / marketing) to US/HQ leaderships

  • Analyze competitors' product, price, marketing strategy in online market

  • Generate On-line sales reports to monitor trends and analyze sales forecasting

  • Analyzing traffic data and reporting performance trends on weekly basis to leadership

  • Help define digital product strategy to optimize end user experience

  • Maintain a prioritized backlog that supports the organization's strategic priorities and upcoming releases

  • Suggest product enhancements to improve the user experience

  • Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps

  • Prioritize the implementation of new features and set timelines

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 5 years of experience in high-tech, product management, or e-commence

  • Knowledge of e-commerce channel marketing
