Job Description:

Under guidance from the Talent Acquisition Director, leads a team of talent acquisition professionals in the design, implementation, development and administration of Essentia Health’s talent acquisition strategy. Provides leadership and expertise to direct reports to ensure talent acquisition processes are implemented effectively. Evaluates effectiveness and leads improvements to strengthen the talent acquisition process and metrics while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Work Experience: Five years of experience in Human Resources, Healthcare or related required.

Education Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or Healthcare management or related field.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

No certification/licensure required.
