Your main responsibilities: • Coordinate and implement Global Launch Excellence Roadmaps across brands, global and regionally from early development, Drug Development Process to Post-Launch. • Partner with Global Brand Leads to define launch governance, plans and priorities. Handle risks and issues, resolving and leading inter-connectivity of activities and outcomes, escalate issues when needed, and ensuring overall success of projects and effective use of resources. • Ability to analyze and provide insights on team functioning and project progress and success. Understands business priorities/challenges and champions delivery of meaningful outputs that help drive over-all strategy. Identify, manage, and track launch critical path, dependencies and risks. Address challenges and remove obstacles to meet key launch execution achievements. • Foster collaboration amongst Launch Leads and Project Managers to enable collaborative ways of working, knowledge sharing, and consistency in delivery of identified strategies. • Provide subject-matter expertise in launch excellence subject area, supporting other members of the team in their development What you'll bring to the role: • In this global role as part of Novartis’ internal consulting practice, you will have the opportunity to craft, deliver and improve the way we execute launches in collaboration with the Brand Lead. • You will ensure that our internal customer relationship is proactively led and the highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintained throughout the Launch lifecycle. Together with the CONEXTS Business Partners, you will also proactively identify areas of need within brand / launch teams (e.g., Insights & Analytics, Creative & Digital, Market Research, etc.). \n\n\n\n Position Title: Associate Director, Launch Program Mgr Minimum requirements: • BS or BA + MBA / Master’s Degree preferred • Outstanding oral and written English communications skills • 10+ years Portfolio & Program Management experience including product launch experience, project / program management of several complex product launch activities. • 5+ years in Launch / Pre-Launch function expertise, working with both local and international product launches within proven experience in Lifesciences industry (Pharmaceutical, biotech, biopharma, or medical device) • PMP certified and / or certified Agile professional credentials or equivalent professional project experience. • Experience leading sophisticated, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to handle a high volume of project information and details • Flexibility and agility in the face of a high-paced and constantly evolving launch environment.
