We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to achieve the organization’s overall objectives. This position will include handling large complex state filing requests/projects, working closely with our mid-size as well as larger clients to talk through any filing requests they may have relating to their business needs. As well as working closely with each state department in order to fulfill any and all filings requests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with all state filings, including Conversions, Mergers, and complex multi-state projects

  • Service team point person for any new orders brought in from Sales Dept.

  • Ability to act a training resource for new hires

  • Handles making daily calls to various state offices relating to necessary filings

  • Handles daily order volume overflow relating to UCC requests

  • Handles daily order volume relating to Corporate Service requests

  • Handles answering and transferring daily phones calls to the correct departments

OTHER DUTIES:

  • Other duties as assigned by manager

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: College Degree or Equivalent Work Experience

  • Experience: 5 or more years Customer Service Experience. Preferably in the Legal Services Industry or equivalent

Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:

  • MS Office Suite Customer Service Excellent Organization Skills Project Management Problem Solving Ability to Multitask
