Raytheon Technologies Senior Analyst, Security (onsite) in Dallas, Texas

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to interface with government customers and employees at all levels. The candidate should be effective at organizing and prioritizing customer/management requests within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Organizational skills to include attention to detail, time management and ability to multi-task are a high priority. Strong communications skills are expected, to include: excellent writing, speaking, analytical, organizational, and customer service skills. Must be a self-starter and capable of working with a limited level of supervision and guidance, be committed to continuous learning and professional development, and work well as a member of cross-functional teams. Roles and Responsibilities include: media custodian, maintain document control inventories, Alternate Top Secret Control Officer (ATSCO) supporting a large classified program, process visit requests, conduct periodic checks of containers/areas, conduct annual self-inspections and develop/update processes and procedures. Required Skills:

  • Current Top Secret/SSBI within 6 years

  • 2 years of relevant work experience

  • Working knowledge of the NISPOM and DoDM 5205.07 Vol. 1 – 4

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to plan, schedule, and arrange activities in accomplishing objectives

  • Ability to work extended hours in a fast-paced, deadline-driven office environment

  • Self-starter with minimal supervision

Desired Skills:

  • Experience working in a Special Programs environment

  • Document Control / TSCO experience

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Team player

  • Detail oriented

Required Education (including Major):

  • Typically requires a completed Bachelor’s Degree
