This role supports a particular region, performing administrative functions in areas of contract administration, procurement and payables, inventory, cross area support, budgeting and forecasting, metrics, training and support activities and compliance. The Field Office Administrator II should be a fast learner and a strong team player with at least one years’ experience in general office support.

  • Performs moderately complex tasks requiring standard techniques, procedures and criteria

  • Evaluates department needs, reviews vendor costs, discounts and contracts

  • Reviews demand patterns, weeks of supply, safety stock and inventory turnover to establish optimum holding costs

  • Responds to standard requests from internal/external customers in a timely/efficient manner

  • Compiles reports, analysis and drawings from data given from a variety of sources

  • Makes independent decisions for office applications and administrative tasks

  • Participates as a team player for location and the FOA team

  • Monitors cost responsibility reports and works to correct discrepancies

  • Understands and complies with requirements for safety

  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:

  • Required: High school diploma or GED and minimum one (1) years’ experience in general office clerical/administrative support

Other Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Needs proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills

  • Must be a fast learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

  • Must be a strong team player who can build partnerships with others

General Compensation Information:

This role will be eligible for an Annual Incentive Program (AIP) payment. AIP payments are discretionary compensation based on business performance in relation to enterprise goals, the incentive opportunity for the role, and individual perfor­mance. Certain roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive awards.
