Returns Program Analyst (00002678)Under broad direction of the Director, Returns Program Solutions, the Returns Program Analyst is responsible for analyst functions and selective day to day processes supporting the customer returns programs across all customer segments. This role is responsible for analyzing program participation/utilization, program profitability, transactional and returns data within SAP systems/Inmar systems, Business Intelligence including HUB and other dashboards, customer credit issuance, and financial reporting support.Assists Director, Finance, Returns Provider, and other stakeholders for ensuring pricing accuracy with third party service providers, collections from manufacturers, and other key profit driversDevelops reports and analyzes large sets of returns data by program to identify trends, highlight potential data integrity, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance and strengthen financial controls.Collaborates with internal teams/systems to ensure accuracy of returns information for incentive program and management reports.Assists with the preparation of Returns Solutions monthly financial statements and supporting schedules, financial forecasts, and annual business plans.Analyzes returns programs from multiple perspectives serving multiple stakeholdersMonitors customer Unsaleable Returns activity, requiring the use of multiple systems within ABC and Third-Party Returns Providers.Reviews and analyzes returns programs data to identify selling opportunities for ABC sales executives and other stakeholders.Assists with third-party return provider reporting/data inputs that drive the collection of credits from manufacturers and partnering with Finance on vendor issues.Participates and supports development of overall objectives along with the long-term goals of AmerisourceBergen Corporation.Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Performs related duties as assigned.QualificationsRequires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, pharmaceutical distribution/inventory management, finance operations or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Normally requires a minimum of 3-5 years directly related and progressively responsible experience.Reverse logistics, Inventory Management or Unsaleable Returns experience preferredDemonstrated ability to successfully perform program management/process responsibilitiesUnderstands broad role of various customer segments (Health systems, CSP and Strategic Accounts) within pharmaceutical distributionUnderstands pharmacy trends and operating assumptionsAbility to work under pressure to balance competing priorities and to meet time sensitive deadlinesAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; interacts with all levels of associates and management within and outside the organizationStrong navigation of multiple systems and the consolidation of data from various sourcesAdvanced analytical skills relative to financial tracking, building models, and profitability calculations using excelExperience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and/or related business intelligence software is requiredMust have experience with extracting data from Salesforce or similar.Working knowledge Microsoft Office tools (Word, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.) to operate effectively with company systems and programsOrganization: CorporateEqual Opportunity Employer/Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran
