Job Summary and Primary Responsibilities

Assists with the credentialing process to coordinate, monitor, and maintain credentialing processes for internal/external providers. This position will work 100% remotely while it is company policy relating to COVID-19.

  • Ensures neurophysiologist and/or physician credentials are up to date and administers tracking and reminder system

  • Completes filing, data entry, and database maintenance

  • Responsible for the completion of all hospital references in a timely manner

  • Provides follow-up on outstanding initial application and documents accordingly

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Skills / Capabilities

  • Proven communication, customer service, and attention to detail experience

  • Intermediate MS Office Experience

Education and Experience

  • Typically requires a minimum of 1 - 2 years of related experience

  • Requires High School diploma or equivalent

  • Prior medical credentialing experience and/or hospital privileging experience required

Travel and/or Physical Requirements

  • Standard physical requirements for office environment

  • Travel to and from Columbia, MD office as necessary for training and collaboration
