Position Title: Fraud Analyst

Job Location: Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the prevention and detection of potential within the company operations

  • Maintains fraud analysis models to improve efficiency and effectiveness of company systems

  • Identifies system improvements to prevent fraudulent activities

  • Performs risk assessment for each account and create risk acceptance documents

  • Determines existing fraud trends by analyzing accounts and transaction patterns

  • Recommends standards, policies, and/or procedures to correct deficiencies

  • Ensures identified risks and/or problems are clearly documented

  • Responsible for resolving fraud cases

  • Regularly generates suspicious activity reports and risk management reports.

  • Document changes in process flow within BPO Operations.

  • Ensure alignment of security standards with BPO Operations.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience as Fraud Analyst

  • Knowledge of Linux, MacOS, and Windows Operating Systems

  • With strong analytical skill needed for the job

  • Graduate of bachelor?s degree

  • Willing to work in shifting schedules

  • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) is an advantage

  • With BPO work experience is an advantage
