At Honeywell Intelligrated, the Senior Simulation Consultant is part of the Operations and Solution Development (OSD) team and plays a key role in the development and design of innovative material handling solutions.
The purpose of this senior-level technical position at Honeywell Intelligrated is to provide technical guidance and development support for 3D simulation models of advanced automated system designs. This position works alongside a growing team that designs, develops, and integrates simulation tools and models to support conceptual designs, process to process flows, and proofs-of-concept. The simulations will help drive decisions for materials handling and advanced automation solutions in small and large models.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's Degree in a technical field
7+ years of Advanced Simulation Development experience
Strong communication and project management skills
Experience analyzing data and building analytical simulation models utilizing industry standard tools (Emulate3D, Sim3D/Demo3D, AutoMod, SIMUL8)
Ability to quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts
Understanding of various software development lifecycles
Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices
Familiarity with automated material handling technologies (conveyor/sortation, AS/RS, robotics)
Excel Analytical skills
