Alliance HealthCare Services Front Office Assistant in Charleston, West Virginia

What You’ll Do at Alliance:

  • Schedule patient appointments for exam/treatment

  • Answer phones, accept scheduling calls from referring physician offices and patients

  • Interface and build relationships with referring office staff

  • Enter patient information into EMR to ensure proper treatment

What You’ll Bring to Alliance:

  • High School diploma or equivalent exp.

  • CPR Certification

  • Previous exp. in an office setting
