Level One Trauma Center 1:1 or 1:2 Nurse Ratio Staffed 24x7 by certified Intensivist Shared Governance (house wide and unit based) Opportunity for growth & ability to cross train within ICU (Trauma Neuro Surgical Medical CVICU) 32 Medical / Surgical Beds 17 Trauma Beds 5 CVICU Beds State of the Art equipment Self-Scheduling. Responsibilities may include:
- Assess patient/family health problems and resources taking a leadership role in thedevelopment implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care. Provides professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations.
One (1) year RN experience within applicable clinical specialty.
ADN Diploma or foreign equivalent.
Current AZ State RN License in good standing.
Current BLS healthcare provider card.
Current ACLS card must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
- Bachelors of Nursing Degree.
