Located in the Phoenix Ariz. suburb of Chandler the Chandler Regional Medical Center is a 338-bed not-for-profit hospital with more than 2500 employees and almost 1000 doctors on staff representing all major specialties. The hospital includes a Level I Trauma Center a Heart and Vascular Center a Wound Healing Center a Family Birth Center and many additional services. Responsibilities

At Dignity Health Chandler Regional Medical Center we deliver humankindness through a wide range of health social and support services in the heart of Chandler Arizona. As part of our team you will provide clinical expertise support and oversight that helps ensure our Surgery patients receive exceptional care. Level One Trauma Center 1:1 or 1:2 Nurse Ratio Staffed 24x7 by certified Intensivist Shared Governance (house wide and unit based) Opportunity for growth & ability to cross train within ICU (Trauma Neuro Surgical Medical CVICU) 32 Medical / Surgical Beds 17 Trauma Beds 5 CVICU Beds State of the Art equipment Self-Scheduling. Responsibilities may include:

  • Assess patient/family health problems and resources taking a leadership role in thedevelopment implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care. Provides professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • One (1) year RN experience within applicable clinical specialty.

  • ADN Diploma or foreign equivalent.

  • Current AZ State RN License in good standing.

  • Current BLS healthcare provider card.

  • Current ACLS card must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Preferred:

  • Bachelors of Nursing Degree.
