Mutual of Omaha Telecommunications Analyst - Phoenix, AZ in CHANDLER, Arizona
Responsible for planning, designing, installing, administering, modifying, testing, analyzing, and troubleshooting complex telecommunication systems to meet business objectives.
Essential Job Functions:
Installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots data and voice cabling, voice communications systems, hardware, software, and other infrastructure related equipment to meet design specifications.
Maintains and repairs telecommunications equipment and systems.
Performs routine voice systems hardware and software maintenance as necessary.
Performs problem resolution and change management procedures.
Interprets, determines fix action, verifies, and completes service requests for voice communications services. Provides training and technical assistance to users.
Monitors and oversees daily voice operations, performance of voice systems and systems management applications and tasks for bank locations.
Provides a high degree of service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
works with telecommunication vendors to resolve voice communications problems.
Assists in the evaluation of new products, services, and technologies.
This position may require frequent standing or walking for extended periods of time.
This position requires up to 33% travel, which may include flying and/or driving and some overnight stays.
This position requires Visual Acuity at 20 inches (or less) over 66% of the time.
Advanced knowledge and support of call accounting, voice mail, conferencing, computer telephony integration, voice firewalls, IXC and LEC networks, Voice over IP (VoIP), and contact centers
Working knowledge of voice communications systems, networks, and wiring
Experience with non-voice systems that function in a voice-related environment
Experience with system and facility administration, fault isolation and resolution, and end-user support
Ability to work effectively in both individual and group environments under the guidance of a Sr Telecommunications Analyst, and within a project framework
Ability to interpret circuit diagrams and schematics
