TEKsystems Help Desk Analyst in Chandler, Arizona
Chandler Client is looking to bring on a Level 1 Help Desk Analyst to focus on first call resolution. The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service, excellent troubleshooting skills and be extremely reliable. They are ideally looking for someone who comes from a call center or help desk environment and has experience working in a Windows environment. This candidate will take level 1 calls (password resets, etc.) and escalate calls to the appropriate teams as needed.

Top Skills Details:
Experience in help desk or call center environment
Experience supporting Windows based operating systems (they are on Win10)
Experience with an ITSM tool (they use ServiceNow)
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Familiarity supporting mobile devices (iOS and Android)
Experience with O365 and Active Directory Account Management
