Develop and translate shopper, category, and channel/retailer insights into innovative solutions that drive business growth across multiple stakeholders
Understand shopper behavior across their omni-channel journey and link to category opportunities to effectively identify key insights that can lead to actions for growth and unlock joint lifetime value.
Collaborate with customers to identify needs and opportunities and develop business solutions influencing a wide range of growth strategies and tactics (ie assortment, merchandising, pricing, and promotions) to capture the shopper across the omni-channel journey.
Drive end-to-end execution of key partnership projects alongside internal customer teams
Creating a sustainable strategy and replicable model to new way of launching thematics in ASW for offline and online
Understanding the in-store touch points and rethinking how we utilize them, and maximize them to drive better conversion
Redeployment of Beauty Omni-touchpoints across ATH, Skin Trends Bar, Clean Beauty, and Men Zone Gennext and integrating and tracking QR enabled shelves within brand topshelves
Analyze point of sale data to create assortment recommendations aligned to the category growth strategy in the channel (South Star Drug) and translating it to planogram directions
Beauty Engagement Centers deployment (Watsons & RDS)
QR Integrated shelves deployment and enhancement
Watsons Thematics Online and Offline (Gifting, New You, and Summer)
