Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze & action Suppression Requests coming from varied systems and regions or segments

  • Maintain & enhance Single Source of Truth for Customer Preferences

  • Maintain and further develop a robust audit trail around Customer Preferences

  • Analyze & action Investigation Requests coming from varied regions or segments: help building, running and improving rigorously comprehensive reports about:

  • The data we own about any given customer, across a wide range of systems (Subject Access Rights)

  • Promotion history (why was the customer contacted, by who, how)

  • Analyze customer data, identify quality & compliance gaps, formulate solutions or configuration changes

  • Control configuration changes downstream impact

  • Generate routine and ad hoc reports, graphs, and presentations

  • Participate in design and implementation of new functional systems and business processes

  • Interact with IT teams to revolve production issues

  • Understand data flow, how the data is utilized and use that knowledge to support the integrity of the Privacy Governance program

Essential Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in CRM, Privacy or Compliance environments

  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in data Analytics

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal presentations

  • Strong technical aptitude

  • Demonstrated experience issue spotting and assessing mitigation plans.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Data Privacy / Compliance formal education or certification

  • SQL experience

  • Experience in global or remote Services/Business support type of environment

  • Marketing oriented acumen

  • Experience championing process improvements, best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization as it pertains to Privacy, Compliance, analytics and data integration capabilities

Salary starting from: 2 100 EUR gross monthly
