You will be in on the ground floor of innovation that aims to reinvent the health care experience.As a member of the Digital Design team, you will have the opportunity to help millions of people navigate and manage their healthcare across CVS Health’s family of products and services. Achieving this goal requires collaboration with teams of UX and UI designers, researchers, content strategists, engineers, and managers from product and marketing throughout the design process — from strategy to pixel-perfect design. At each stage, you will advocate for our customers and ensure that the final product meets user needs.In order to be successful in this role, you need to be a well-rounded UX designer, who can solve complex business challenges while being an advocate of the user. You are able to conduct user research to uncover user needs, produce user flows and wireframes that clearly illustrate the customer journey, and interpret results of usability tests to further refine the digital experience. You understand the importance of UX copy and how it can impact an experience. You also know when to pull in experts (visual designers, copywriters, researchers, etc.) at the right time to supplement your skill set. Finally, you exhibit impeccable communication skills that you leverage to ensure smooth and efficient collaboration with your other team members and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Strong competency — developed through 5+ years of honing your skill set — across the entire design process and ability to contribute at any stage• Proven experience in driving and delivering design from initial concepts all the way to successful market launches• Strong portfolio of work including examples of mobile web, desktop and app experiences• Ability to communicate user needs (e.g. storytelling, leveraging data) and demonstrate how proposed designs solve those needs to internal team and senior partners• Hands on experience with wire framing and prototyping tools• Hands on experience within an agile development process• Have thrived in fast-paced product development environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Information Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, Human Factors or similar degree• Experience in medical or other highly supervised fields• Experience in retail e-commerce

Education

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience with High School Diploma or GED
