PSG Global Solutions Fund Accountant in Boston, Massachusetts

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Fund Accountant , working in the Real Estate industry in Boston, Massachusetts .

  • Reviews monthly/quarterly/annual fair value financial statements prepared by third-party fund administrator.

  • Maintains work papers to support the Fund’s performance.

  • Prepares/maintains fee structure schedule.

  • Prepares quarterly/annual regulatory filings.

  • Assists by analyzing quarterly appraisal reports.

  • Provides strategic oversight in relation to cash management, vendor management, and compliance.

  • Participates in the gradual build-out of the organization.

  • Works closely with Investor relations to manage capital calls and distributions to investors in accordance with the fund agreements.

  • Assists with the annual audits and review of financial statements.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required

  • 2-5 years experience as a Fund Accountant

  • Significant experience in Microsoft Office and Yardi (preferred)

  • Thorough understanding of financial statements and working in accounting software

  • Private equity background a plus

  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask

  • Excellent time management skills can easily conform to shifting priorities and timelines.

  • Trustworthy and reliable, sensitive to confidential matters is required


The pay range we are offering is 75,000 to 85,000 per year.
